I’m so glad you’re here

About Tatyana Mezhevich, Psy.D.

I am a clinical psychologist licensed by the Board of Psychology in Pennsylvania, fluent in both English and Russian languages. I help individuals reconnect with themselves and others to rediscover their authentic selves and live a positive, abundant life.

If you are wrestling with depression, anxiety, loss, or relationship issues, I am here to help you harness your best self. Through deep listening and exploration, we will uncover the tools, support, and ways of being that have been elusive in your life. Together, we can help you discover how to be the person you aspire to be—with family, friends, at work, and when you are alone.

My practice is based in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, where I am pleased to work with people in the Philadelphia region and throughout the state, as well as residents of all states and territories participating in PSYPACT.

My Approach

My approach is interactive, warm, exploratory, and supportive. I believe that trust, commitment, curiosity, and connection are essential for growth and change. My theoretical orientation is psychodynamic, influenced by attachment and relational theories. I also integrate trauma-informed, solution-focused, and mindfulness techniques into my practice.
